impossible to convert track change Microsoft Word in pdf

    Default impossible to convert track change Microsoft Word in pdf

    Using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 professionnal on Win XP I try to convert a document to a pdf but the text which 'track change' under Microsoft Word are badly convert: the text is correct but I loose the 'track change' bar.
    Therefore the reader can't seen the change between 2 releases of the document. What is the solution ?

    If you print to the Adobe PDF printer rather than using the PDFMaker then the track changes should be maintained.

    However, be aware that Adobe PDF printer does not retain links or tags.

    You cold convert by printing to the Adobe PDF printer to produce a PDF with track changes.

    Then convert using the PDFMaker to maintain the links.

    Then open the PDF with links and replace the pages with the tracked changes PDF and you will have the links.
