In search of working IM library
I provide information via email to several clients, and in many cases
it would be better to use an instant messanger like MSN, Yahoo, or AIM.
My back-end is Perl and seems that these IM modules are no longer
working.
I've tested Net::YahooMessenger, Net::YMSG and Net:Msmgr, but these are
2+ years old no longer work with the latest servers. I haven't tried
Net::AIM, but it is 4+ years old so I suspect it too won't work (I
greatly appologize in advance if it does indeed work).
Is there any Perl libraries out there for writing an IM client in Perl
that work's with the latest IM services such as Yahoo, MSN or AOL?
