Default Incremental Stroke Weight, Leading, Point Size, Etc. Settings

If you hold down SHIFT while clicking the increase/decrease buttons for
any of these settings they will go from increasing/decreasing by 1
    (1pt.,2pt.,3pt.,4pt.,...) to by 10 (10pt,20pt,30pt,40pt...).

Unfortunately there doesn't seems to be a modifier to make the increment
smaller (say, holding down CTRL to move in tenths of a point, for example).

Before I send this as a feature request am I missing this feature somewhere?

That's not what Brian was asking for. He wanted a modifier for fractions instead of multiples. Brian, there is none. Several people have suggested this.
