indesign 2.02 display looks dull compared to that of 1.5?

The display in my indesign 2.02 looks dull when compared to that of 1.5 version . we used the high res mode but still the rules(visibility not as good as 1.5v!) and other displays not sharp enough ?!do anyone has this obsrevation before .pl help
