Indesign and Incopy incompatible?
I'm experiencing some huge problems with Indesign since I installed Incopy. For example, I cannot overflow text from one frame to another. When I try this Indesign shuts down. I have tried reinstalling numerous times but t doesn't help. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be the problem here? I'm running on Windows XP with 265 MB ram and 2.4 Pentium 4. Please help.. Both Indesign and Incopy are version CS, without upgrades. When I upgrade Indesign to 3.01, there are some other problems instead. Then I can't even select an object with the mouse without crashing the program. Also, I can rarely export from Indesign to Incopy.

Re: Indesign and Incopy incompatible?
256 megs of RAM is the bare minimum for Win XP all by itself. I wouldn't
be surprised if you just need more RAM.

Re: Indesign and Incopy incompatible?
The crashing after updating to 3.01 sounds like the same issue encountered with some beta users. Could you be using a beta version of IDCS?

Re: Indesign and Incopy incompatible?
That's it then. I am running the Beta-version so I guess I need an update. Thanks
