InDesign Basic Workflow Topics >>>>
Hi People,
I am new in the use of this soft and there things still donīt quite get it. I made a search but I did not quite find that.
1 - Is it the same to copy and paste from Adobe Bridge or to place an image?
2 - If it not, is there are any other faster way to work with pasting images from a long list? I find it too slow if you could just drag and drop from the preview in Adobe Bridge, which makes a lot more sense. Anyhow I do not believe it has the same result.
Besides this questions, please let me know if somebody would like to share his/her workflow techniques in InDesign. I would like to propose an open question to InDesign Basic Workflow Topics. It could be a very enriching experience for all. Just basic tips to do it better.
Thanks a lot and best,
Sebastian

You can drag as many images from bridge as you want...don't copy and paste.

Thanks for the advice Robert. But is the same to drag images directly from Bridge than to "Paste" them. Does is has and mantain the same properties, link, etc than by another methods?
Best,

Re: InDesign Basic Workflow Topics >>>>
Dragging from Bridge most certainly creates links. If that's not working
for you then there's a problem somewhere.

Basic tip:
If you are importing a lot of images, become familiar with how the LINKS PALETTE functions.
