InDesign Book - How many documnets can be added?

Hello,

Can somebody point how many documents can be added to In Design book on ID 2.0 and ID CS?

On ID 2.0 I am not able to add more than 100 documents in single book. Is this true?

Also, can I add a book within a book with any version of ID?

This is a User to User forum so no Adobe folks come here except on their own time.

I've never seen a limit on the number of chapters in a book referred to, and since I don't have the time inserting hundreds of files into a book I don't really feel like testing it.

Try downloading the InDesign CS demo, and see if you can handle more there.

And, no I don't believe you can "add a book within a book." Why would you want to do that?

Appreciate your feedback. Thank you for the information that Adobe folks may / may not be available to answer this.

I am doing a book on birds - 156 species, each specie is in a separate chapter. Now, you know why I am putting my time trying to add more than 100 documents in a book of ID.

To sort out this problem one of the way would be - create one book with 100 documents and then add next book with 56 documents.

I am trying to find out a solution!!!

There has been precious discussion of the 100 limit for 2.0.2. I was going to comment earlier, but I don't know if this was changed for CS.
