InDesign Calendar Template - Adobe Indesign Windows

I would like to create a custom calendar and my question pertains to setting up a spread in InDesign CS2. Can I set up the layout in a vertical orientation instead of horizontally? The calendar pages (28)measures 13" wide by 9.5" high (unfolded 13" x 19")....

You can't do a vertical spread but you can set up the doent full size and
design your pages that way. Once done, simply export to PDF and create a new
doent properly setup with facing pages. Place you PDF, one page at a time
on the spreads and rotate 90 degrees. Export a new PDF and you're done.

Thanks Bob, this worked but when I copied the new PDF to InDesign I experienced a problem with lines that came in at different widths and heights than the original. Basically I had a thin line (border) going around the outside of the page. The horizontal lines seemed to copy OK, but the vertical lines came in thicker than the original. Any suggestions on why this happened. It appears to have happened to just these lines.

How did you export the original PDF?

I actually figured out a different way. I created the original pages in InDesign with non-facing pages. Created a new doent with facing pages, copied the first page into the new doent and rotated the page 90 digrees. Worked perfect!
In answer to your question, I selected <file><Adobe PDF presets><press Quality> and unchecked all the compression boxes.

I also tried <file><Export> and unchecked the same.

Be careful doing it that way. Any drop shadows you have won't rotate
    with rest of the artwork.

Yes, I saw that . . . but that was relatively easy to fix!

    Thanks!
