Indesign CS v.3.0 TOC not working with book
Hello,
I'm on a Mac and using InDesign CS 3.0. I have a book set up with the paragraph styles synchronized between all the chapters. Problem is when I create a table of contents it only generates the contents of one chapter. Any idea what I can do to get it to generate all the contents of all the chapters?
Any help is appreciated.

To create a book in InDesign
You go into File/New Book and put all of your pages in that book file, and you can print right out of there..
