Indesign CS2 colour?
Anybody know why this is happening in Indesign CS2 (see link)?....you select a swatch in the swatches palette, but when you double click the swatch in the tools pallete, the colour picker shows different CMYK values? This is happening on 3 installs on 3 Macs in the same office.

I noted that the picker says RGB Colour Space View, but I cant cant find where to change it?!
Any ideas?
Thx

Re: Indesign CS2 colour?
You can't change it. The color picker is an RGB feature and why they
even bothered with it is beyond me. I never use it since it's
essentially useless.

Re: Indesign CS2 colour?
Arr thanks Bob....that's a bit daft then. So I take it the Swatch CMYK breakdown is the correct one and the one showing in the colour picker is just a bad RGB version breakdown of the Swatch CMYK colour?....so it's best ignored!
I guess the RGB picker is useful if you're laying out artwork for web in it and want to colour match a screen grab?!.....they should move it if it is, the double clicking of the swatch colour in the toolbar should just bring up the swatch editing pane.
thx for clearing the confusion.
