A few questions our IT guys don't seem to be having luck with I was
hoping you could address:

When printing from a PowerPC iMac from Illustrator and sometimes
Indesign I get the following error:

ERROR: invalidfont
OFFENDING COMMAND: define font

STAC:

-dictionary-
/ZDCWKU+--font99601--

Sometimes it gives a specific font that's the problem, but it always
seems to be a random font that changes from page to page. I can usually
print from InDesign, but sometimes when I'm taking pages from our K4
Page Manager system it gives me this. Sometimes Illustrator does it as
well.

Also, on our Intel-based iMacs, when trying to place an object we often
get a gray bar and then the whole program freezes. It seems to help to
use the Adobe Dialogue box versus the OS Dialogue box, but it seems
like a poor solution long-term. Anyone else run ito this? InDesign also
seems to crash a lot. Deleting the plists seems to help, but again it
seems like a poor long-term workflow.

And finally, is there an easier way of loading document presets? I
heard something about being able too drag the saved dsct file onto
Indesign but that doesn't work. We have a ton of different ad sizes
I've set presets up for but it's a pain to have to load them one by one
through the define preset dialogue box.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
