InDesignCS V Photoshop Battle-Jpeg Resolution Prob
Hi all, I hope someone can help me out here.
Have just received some specs for a magazine ad (Colour), I have
completed the job in InDesign CS (dimensions 12cm X 110cm, some text,
a photo and some Vector shapes...simple) and the Mag people want it as
a jpeg...hmmmmm....Exports fine from InDesign..but by Default when I
open the file up in PhotoshopCS jpeg retains a 72 dpi resolution. The
Magazine requirements are for a 200 dpi jpeg.
My questions are as follows:
1) Can I change the settings in InDesign so that when I export as a
jpeg, the resolution will be 200 or close.
2) Is there a more efficient way of converting a simple job to jpeg
from InDesign CS
3) Should I create the magazine add in Photoshop to start off
with...please don't tell me this is the best option......ha ha
4) Any professional help would be very much appreciated
Thank you
I look forward to a response....
