inserting a music player into website

ive managed to put a music player together using this tutorial

unsure of is how i can insert this player into my website which im creating
using flash..

Open the music player file and group it into a sprite. Then just copy the music player sprite into your website project and ungroup......or dont.....or just do with it whatever you want to.

there are a few ways to do this...

One would be to load the "audio" flash swf into the site's main movie.
What that Spinethetic mean is grouping the elements of you flash player and
copy/paste into your site flash.
