    If you're using the full version of Adobe Acrobat 6, then I would recommend you check out the stamping functionality. This will allow you to stamp images onto your PDF documents.

    If you're using Acrobat 5, then I would recommend taking a look at some of the 3rd party stamping plug-ins out there. PDF Store is a good place to start looking, and I recommend you check out ARTS PDF Stamper too.

    add a button field to your document, with the image as the button face icon.
