In the hyperlink dialog box you have the option to link to pages within the
publication, use that option instead of the option to link to addresses.
Publisher does not have a shopping cart functionality. That is beyond the
scope of the product. You can incorporate a third-party shopping cart
provider, such as paypal.com or yahoo stores or bcentral. Such providers
provide pre-built code and instructions.
