insists on launching IE, not Firefox
When I click on a link within the editing view, a link that is specified to
open in a new window, IE is launched, not Firefox as I prefer.
My OS (WinXP Pro) has Firefox chosen as preferred browser, and I've even
disabled IE as choice entirely.
