install dw to winME

i cannot install dreamweaver to windows Millenium edution. I get this message:
[productname] is not supported on this operating system. Please refer to the
product system requiments for a list of supported oreating system.
What is this? Can you help me? if you can, please send an e-mail to me:

DMX and DMX2004 are NOT compatible with WMe. If you want to use either of
those Dreamweaver versions you must upgrade your operating system.

Hi Kytron,
No consolation but macromedia make system requirements, as do all other
software vendors, very clear when you purchase a product.
Perhaps a good reason to upgrade from one of the most flaky OS ever
produced.
