Default install ISA Server 2003 (part of SBS 2003)on a separate machine

We bought and installed sbs 2003 on server and activated
    and registered the licenses.

We want to install ISA Server 2003 (part of SBS 2003)on a
    separate machine.
Is it possible. Will their be any activation /
registration issue of licenses. If yes how can I do /
    avoid it.

    Can any one help.
