Install MX 7 failed on window 2000 server.Help help!!!

Hi all,
I have been failed to install MX 7 on a windows 2000 server (sp4) machine on
my client's side.
The error I get is that Jrun.dll load failed.
I tried uninstall MX and re-install MX 7, 6.1 or even Coldfusion 5 , but
nothing is working.....
Help please!
