Installation of Win XP on a different PC

    As long as that license is not installed on another computer and it is
    retail and not OEM, install on any computer you choose.
    Worst case is a 5 minute toll free call to Microsoft for Activation.

    Normally OEM is permanently tied to the first computer installed and
    can never be transferred regardless the condition of the original
    computer.
    Read the EULA that came with your Windows XP.
    Another of the many reasons OEM is cheaper than retail.
