    Default Installation problems with MX 7

    I keep getting this error when I install ColdFusion MX 7: ERROR -
    configure-dlls.xmlFailed to copy c:\CFusionMX7\lib\cfperfmon_mx.dll to
    c:\WINDOWS\system32\cfperfmon_mx.dll due to
    c:\WINDOWS\system32\cfperfmon_mx.dll (The process cannot access the file
    because it is being used by another process)

    Running XP pro. I am installing MX 7 to coexist with MX. I also have stopped
    all the Coldfusion services.

    Is there another service that I need to stop?

    Default Re: Installation problems with MX 7

    Just a quick question: You are not trying to install CF7 into the same
    directory structure that CFMX6.1 is installed, right? If so I would recommend
    using a different location.
    Also have you verfied whether the installer is not corrupted and that you can
    use it to install on another machine?
