Installation trouble
I am trying to install CF MX 6.1 on an dedicated Windows 2003 server without
IIS installed. There is another seperate Windows 2003 IIS 6 server that will
be the web server for CF MX 6.1. When I try to run the web server
configuration wizard on the CF MX server, I am unable to attach and configure
the web server on the other IIS 6 server. Which leaves me with a few questions:
Does anyone know what components need to be installed on each server to allow
for this setup to work? I read a doc to install jrun4 on the web server, but
cannot find the executable for it on the cd's or web site.
There is a firewall between the two servers, what ports need to be opened for
proper operation?
Unfortunately, the doc's that are on CF's web site are not very clear and seem
to assume a lot.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Emery
