Installations problem with acrobat and distiller..

I have just installed CS 2 premium the entire suite, and when I start acrobat or distiller it asks for at name, company and serial. Then when I type in my serial it's says invalid serial. All the other program works fine. I don't know what to do, any ideas???

I have called adobe support, but they don't seam to understand my problem, because they keep sending me the wrong solutions!!

By the way I'm on a G4 with Tiger installed. And just so that it's clear it's the last version of acrobat 7.0 pro. the on inclued in CS 2 premium.

Short of ensuring a O or not a 0 ... keep pestering them ....

I don't know what you mean, but if I understand you right you ask if I typed the serial in right, and yes it's typed in right.
I used only numbers.

Just a quick follow up, I have called adobe support and they think its a very strange problem and will now try to install a version on there system using my serial number. I hope that they can come up with a solution or that some in here can!! :)
