installed reader 9 now older Adobe products no longer work
I could really use some help. A couple of days ago I upgraded to Adobe Reader 9. The program worked fine, but now I can no longer use any of my older Adobe products. Illustrator 8, Streamline 4, Photoshop 4, none of these are working. If I try to open the programs Automator starts. The programs look like documents not programs. I’ve tried reinstalling from my original disks and they are not recognized as programs either.
Has anyone else had this problem? Short of erasing my hard drive and starting over? I’ve tried searching the net, there’s just soooo many files to read...
I have a Mac Pro G5 Dual Core 2.3. I have Adobe CS2 Suite.
