Installing Contribute 4
Hi
A web development company hosts our website, and we now have a copy of
Contribute 4, (but no copy of CPS). Will we be able to use Contribute 4 on a
single computer without having installed CPS on the server?
Do we just need to get the FTP details from the web development company and
then should we be able to install and use Contribute 4, or does the web
development company have to make any changes on their server?
Basically, we are not sure whether there is a requirement to have at least one
copy of CPS or not.
Many thanks.

Re: Installing Contribute 4
You will need your FTP login and password to create your FTP connection in
Contribute - which should be provided by your webhost company. Contribute can
be installed without CPS and it is not a needed component if you have a low
volume of users. You can always implement CPS later on and manager users this
way.
