Installing eye candy 4000

i just purchased Eye candy 400 full edition, how do i set it up in fireworks? i saw that in the eye candy 400 effects section, choosing marble, then choosing the filter tab, there are unhighlited or unmarked or inactive buttons, and they match the eye candy that i bought, how do i set up eye candy 4000 retail?

When Setup asks you where to install, just point it to the Fireworks Plugins
folder:
c:/Program Files/Macromedia/Fireworks/Plugins
