Installing fonts for Freehand - Macromedia Freehand

Hi - I have Freehand MX and I'm opening Freehand templates for CD design that I've downloaded from a certified CD duplication company. But Freehand won't open their fonts for some reason. They are TrueType fonts (windows). I've researched this in other areas of Macromedia support and found one solution that said I must install these fonts into Windows XP pro, which I have done successfully. But that still hasn't solved the problem. I'm stuck until I get this solved. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,...Frank Bright...

I don't have an answer just some suggestions.

See if another program will use the fonts. If so, then you know it's a
FH issue. If not, you might have corrupt fonts. Try to reload them?
