installing photoshop
I have recently transferred to a new operating system from ME to XP
I do not have the installation program to re-install it, as the supplier failed to leave me a copy
I did copy all the files over to my new system but it comes up with an error message stating that there is missing or invalid personalization information.
The supplier I bought the program from I can no longer contact and so I am unable to use the program, could you please help me to reinstall the program.

Contact Adobe customer support. Have your credit card ready. Pay ~$600 for the program - disks, manuals, quick refrence card and a tutorial cd. Insert the disk in the drive. When the autorun pops up, choose, english, photoshop 7, hit install. When you get to the registration screen input the registration number supplied with your now legal software.

Re: installing photoshop
Mick
if it's registered, you should be able to contact Adobe and for a small fee, they might be able to supply you with a replacement cd.
The way I understand Adobe Photoshop, even if it's and OEM installation, you are to be given ALL PARTS of the program, including the cd, serial number and manuals.
