Installing Smarty Template plugin
I have DreamWeaver MX 6.0. I am trying to install Smarty Templates Plug-in and
it's telling me that plugin isn't compatible with my version. It tells me to
go to the exchange to get the latest version of the plugin manager. Where do I
find that?
