    Default Interactive and dynamic shockwave

I've got a interactive grid that I wanted to make dynamic, so, if someone moves
a piece from one square to other or draw something over it, everyone else could
    see the changes.
Is there anyway to do it? And without using special settings from host (other
    than MySQL, PHP and perl)?

The grid in question can be seen

Hmm, that's too expensive for just hosting a thing like that, and that's why I'd rather avoid using multiuser server?
But, anyway, is that a simple task for a complete novice in multiuser server?
