Intermittent CSS rendering issue

I am having an intermittent problem with Contribute 3.11 suddenly no longer
rendering CSS styles in edit mode. I will be editing a particular page, CSS
styles working fine, then when I click Publish, the page loses all CSS styling
until the page comes up again in the browser. If I then click Edit, the page
displays in the edit window without CSS styles. This is the same page that just
moments ago was displaying in the edit window with CSS styles.

Once this happens, any further pages I try to edit show up in the edit window
without CSS styles.

Quitting and re-launching Contribute intermittently solves the problem.

Quitting and re-launching Contribute, editing some other page, then chosing
Draft and choosing the problem draft fixes the problem.

One other end-user at our location has reported this problem to me.

Any ideas what's up with this?

We're having the same issue. Also, the left, center, and right justification
only works intermittently. Sometimes the justification buttons on the menu bar
are enabled, sometimes they're disabled. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
