Internet Explorer pdf link saves input - Adobe Acrobat Windows

I have a user that is running win 98. She goes to an Internet site that provides PDF forms that the user can fill out information. After she closes internet explorer and goes back into the internet site and pulls up the PDF form to fill out, her information that she just filled out is there. It should be a blank form everytime. She is using Adobe Reader 5.1. Any Ideas. Shane...

    1. Just to make sure we're on the same page, it will only be filled out for users of that same computer

    2. She needs to put in some doent-level javascript that resets the form on open.

It is only available to users of that same computer. The PDF form seems to only display the information for a period of time. When she logs in, now the from is blank again. But if she fills out the form and goes back in after exiting, her information is there even after we wait 15 or so minutes. Does this make sense to anyone?

Yes, the info is cached, and this is by design.

You need to set some doc-level JS that resets the form then the doent opens. If it's a 1-page form you could do it with page-level JS instead.
