Re: "Invalid personalization information" PS CS issue
Is there a thread that has successful resolution to this issue. I can find much regarding the problem -- I cannot find information for resolution.
I am using Windows 7. I have tried reinstalling, after purging all files (including recycle bin), and I am unable to attempt using the control + clic method as nothing happens (Windows 7). I am rather desperate, as I am under a deadline for a portfolio submission.
