Invalid token &apos

I am a amature pragrammer and need help!

i am getting and error:
Invalid token '(' found on line 23 at column 46.

in my Application template. The thing is i didnt use &apos and what it is
used for.

any help will be greatly apprieciated.

(*) I think (*) that when it's saying Invalid token ' it's saying;
Invalid token ' or Invalid token (apostrophe).
