IP Messages

Recently, my computer has been bombarded by internet ads.
One website claims that microsoft included this ability
in their Microsoft XP software which allows these
messages to function. The website that claims this is
[url]http://www.messagestomper.com[/url] so my question is, is there
any way to block this new form of advertising? Its
begining to hit our computer every 15-30 minutes whether
we are surfing the internet or our computer is
hibernating. Thanks for any help you can give.

First - learn to SEARCH the newsgroups (see after my signature).
Second - learn to use Google to search for answers (see after my signature).
