    Interesting. I had tried to find something through fink, but it doesn't
    list this. Now that you pointed me to ircd-hybrid, I see that under
    10.2.6 fink does list it, but under 10.1.5 it doesn't. Both machine's
    fink installs are up to date.

    Does fink actually only list packages that apply to the OS version it is
    running under? Or might there be a problem with this fink configuration?

    On both machines /sw/etc/fink.conf reads "Trees: local/main stable/main
    stable/crypto local/bootstrap unstable/main". SourceForge mirror is
    [url]http://west.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/[/url]

    Any suggestions?
