Is Adobe Support Free?
Hello!
I'm having issues with my Contribute. Is Adobe support free?
I see on the Adobe website that there's paid plans. But, then there's a number
for technical support?
What's the opening a ticket all about? I tried doing that but for some reason
it won't let me. Can you not open a ticket for Contribute?
Please enlighten me. Thanks!

Re: RE: Adobe Support
Yeah, but for some reason when you go to the page
to open a case -- https://www.adobe.com/support/programs/customer/gss.html --
you can't select Contribute?
Is there no support for Contribute?

Re: RE: Adobe Support
The top link explains the support policy, you need to click the bottom link
reference and then click on Web Case, it will take you to a login page where
you sign in with your Adobe username and password. Click on Registered Product
and select Contribute, if you have not registered your product, contract
customer support 1-800-833-6687.
