Is automatic functions in InDesign possible?

Hi all!

I am kinda newbie in this forum. But still hoping for help :) So I must solve one problem. Maybe someone can help with advice? Is it possible to make some automatic functions in InDesign?

I must design templates for private advertismet company. They make advertisments with tear off sheets (then print and stick them at information boards). So the main idea is - that the person who makes the advertisments do not need to copy&paste text/phone numbers several times and place it in one row approx. 10-20 times. So it is waste of time. Is it possible to write somewhere text or number and then it appears in your settled places?

It is certainly Applescript-able (or javascript or vb). Seek the ID Scripting forum for help.

If you're just wishing to duplicate boxes, just use step and repeat.
