Is director frame-based or time-based ?
I was wondering if the following is possible:
Translate sprite 1 to sprite 2 in exactly 15 seconds.
Can I translate that to the exact number of frames in terms of FPS ?
This has been my concern for a project I am currently working on since I
would like to maintain consistency of time regardless of any machine used.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Director is frame based.
Sync like the one you describe can be achieved, but it all depends on your
code.
