Is Dreamweaver MX 2004 bilingual?
I want to write my website text in both English and Welsh often on the same page, I am unable to find the accents/symbols needed for Welsh words. ie the Welsh for "Dogs" being "Cŵn" , I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004 can anybody please help and advise on how I can do this in Design mode?
