Fully functional. Do not reset your system clock during the 30 days or
    the trial will end immediately.

But it is advised not to create any vital documents with the trial versions.

This is true - I would not suggest relying on the trial versions for reliable output. I was doing some verification of my prepress files with a printer and none of my files from ID or even Distilled PS would be truly X-1a or any other standard. It reported on my end as being legitimate but when ran through PitStop or full versions of Acrobat they were rejected.

I should have added that after purchasing and installing the Creative Suite all my files were A-OK :)
