Is there a difference???
Hi to you all, I have had an application built for me using flash and
coldfusion and linking to a mySQL database.
When the mySQL database was on a Linux box it all seemed to work fine but i
have had to move it to a windows server and now coldfusion cant seem to enter
the datetime into the DB and also I think some of the coldfusion code doesnt
work the way it should.....
Is this a common problem when developing a coldfusion app for linux then
moving it to windows or shouldnt this be a problem?
please help i havent got a clue.

Re: Is there a difference???
Anytime you change environments, you may see some issues. The default
characterset and locale may change between machines.
Give us specific details on the problems and errors. Also which linux brand
and version were you on? What windows OS are you now on?
