is there a way to open pdf's in 100% view or smaller
Is there a way to open Pdf's files at a certain size in a browser window. For some reason they open at 200% and I dont' want the client to freak out because of the quality that shows at 200%

You can assign the opening options of a PDF file - but if the end user
has changed their own defaults then your settings will be over-riden.
I am assuming you are using Acrobat 4 or 5 since Acrobat 6 with OSX does
not have web-browser integration any more.
Just go FILE/DOCUMENT PROPERIES/OPEN OPTIONS
