Do you mean RGB text and vector elements as well as images?

Yes there is a plug in from [url]www.enfocus.com[/url] they have writen a plug in for any version of Acrobat. It works great you can change colors from RGB to CMYK and back even to Black and White. There is a large set of tools in this plug in for making great changes to a PDF. Acobat should team up with them.
