Is there any reason PS shouldn't work with NT?? forgive my ignorance. but its quite urgent
After installing PS, when I try to launch it, it gives me error code........Photoshop.exe-Unable to locate .dll
The dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll could not be found in the specified path.....
well i searched the drive and the cd and couldnt find that file....
can anyone help???????? urgent

DLL File: shlwapi or shlwapi.dll
DLL Name: Shell Light-weight Utility Library

System DLL: Yes
Common Errors: File Not Found, Missing File, Exception Errors
