    Does the code look right? For me, no, it doesn't.

    It's messy. It uses deprecated methods, including center and font tags, its
    table structure is poor, and it's sure to look different in different
    browser/platform viewings. In addition, it's rather poorly structured for
    search engine spiders. But that's my opinion.
