iSeries Connection
I am evaluating ColdFusion, so far so good. However, the key will be it's ease
of communication with our iSeries box. So far, I am getting nowhere. 2 apparent
questions: 1) I am not sure of what value to use for "Database"; certainly I
know the name of the file, but I'm thinking it would need some sort of a
complete path or at least a library designation (i.e., AMFLIB/COACH). 2) Is
there anything I need to on the iSeries side; the default port of 50000 does
not seem to work.
Is there any documentation available with an example setup? I have to believe
that someone at some time must have tried connecting to an iSeries...
