configuration issue. MySQL limits the number of concurrent connections
to the database server in order to limit ressource usage.
The exact configuration depends heavily on your infrastructure.
Example: you have Apache with mod_php and the prefork MPM. Your PHP
scripts use at most 3 independent database connections. Then the
max_connections setting in my.cnf should be 3 times the max_clients
setting in httpd.conf. Practically it will use much less connections,
but this setting ensures that you will never run out of connections.

unreliable wireless network, there could be extra problems due to
hanging connections. If the client goes away without notice, the TCP
connection and therefore the MySQL connection may live for a long
time until a timeout clears it.
I don't understand this question.> Is ISP belong to our wireless connection service provider?
