javascript help please

Im running simple javascript to copy value from one cell to all other cells
with an id greater than the copying cells...ie s1 would copy to s2 s3 etc . s4
would copy to s5 s6 etc It works if I hard code 's1' into this line var sValue
= parseInt(document.getElementById('s1').value); but what i need is for it to
loop and be like this var sValue =
parseInt(document.getElementById(choice).value); but it doesnt like choice even
though ive named it above function copyValue(val) { for (i = val; i < 13;
i++) { if (document.getElementById) { choice =
document.getElementById('s'+i); } else { return; } var
sValue = parseInt(document.getElementById('s1').value); choice.value =
sValue; } }

I am not totally sure, but try:

choice = evaluate("document.getElementById(s" . i . ")");

Just a thought.
