your camera may have not saved them at 100% compressions, thus if you resave at 100% in photoshop (even without alterration). The compression algorithm will try 'NOT' to loose any detail , and also see the parts where detail Was lost before as a part 'OF' the detail, this creating a large size.

CAN I CHANGE SIZE (PIXELS) OF A PROJECTOR TO REDUCE THE FILE SIZE?
as far as I know you would have to transform bitmap scale all bitmap members to the new size, then readjust their positions to score, and adjust...
